CCA lobbies for national guidelines for prompt payment

Prompt payment was among the key topics at the Canadian Construction Association’s 96th Annual Conference this March. In it, a motion was proposed and passed by incoming president Serge Massicotte, president and Massicotte Construction Ltd., to request the standard practices committee create national standards by which prompt payment can be addressed.

Serge Massicotte elected 2014 chair of Canadian Construction Association

The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) has appointed Serge Massicotte as Chair of the 2014 Board of Directors at its annual general meeting, held in conjunction with the 2014 CCA Annual Conference. Massicotte takes over the position from Frank Rizzardo, president and general manager of Emcon Services.
